Preparation method:Steamed gyoza (pot stickers): Steam in a steamer for about 5 minutes after steam starts to rise.
Boiled or pan-fried gyoza: For boiled gyoza: Add water to the pan so that all of the gyoza are submerged in water, then boil at high heat for 3 minutes.
For pan-fried gyoza: Follow the steps for making boiled gyoza. Discard the remaining the water, add oil from a height on top of the gyoza with a light hand, then fry for about 3 minutes until browned.
